Service delivery timelines vary based on the type of service:

  • Strategy / Consultation Services:
    Initiated within 2–3 business days after payment and receipt of required details.

  • SEO & Monthly Marketing Services:
    Project onboarding starts within 3–5 business days.

  • Website Design & Development:
    Work begins within 5–7 business days after final requirements, content, and approvals are received.

  • Paid Advertising Campaigns:
    Campaign setup starts within 2–4 business days after ad account access and creatives are approved.

Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on the client providing:

  • Accurate business details

  • Content, images, logos, and access credentials

  • Approvals and feedback within agreed timelines

⚠️ Delays caused due to missing information or late approvals from the client will extend delivery timelines accordingly.

Mode of Delivery

Services and deliverables may be shared through:

Delays & Force Majeure

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

Confirmation of Delivery

Service delivery is considered successful when:

  • Monthly reports or updates are provided
