Due to the intangible and customized nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:
The client cancels the service before any work has started
Payment was made in error (duplicate payment)
AbhaTech is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations
In such cases, refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
Work has already started or been delivered (partially or fully)
Dissatisfaction due to change of mind after project initiation
Delay caused due to lack of client response, approvals, or data
Results not achieved due to market conditions, platform policies, or algorithm changes
Monthly retainers, subscription plans, or recurring services after activation
Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
Website & Creative Services
Once a website design, development, or creative work is approved or shared, no refund will be issued.
Any revisions will be handled as per the agreed scope of work.
Advertising & Paid Campaigns
Fees paid for ad setup, management, or optimization are non-refundable once campaigns are created.
Ad budgets paid to platforms like Google or Facebook are strictly non-refundable.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Amount will be refunded via the original payment method
Transaction or processing charges (if any) will be deducted
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request service cancellation by emailing us in writing
Cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless it meets eligibility criteria
Ongoing services will stop from the next billing cycle

AbhaTech reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
